Dell Servers - Processors

I have two dell servers..  I also have an extra processor.  One server is a Dell Power Edge 1500SC  with a 1.1 GHZ processor in it.    The 2nd is a Power Edge 1600SC with a Dual Xeon Processors 2.4 GHz.... My extra XEON Process its also a 2.4 GHZ...  Will the XEON work in the Pentium 3 1.1 GHZ sesrver??????
