Hi guys ,<br />

My hp is not booting up ,it is just making few beeps in starting ,power is on fan is working ,processor warms up ,keyboard lights just blink while switching power on but nothing on display.I tried resetting bios by resetting jumpers on m/b ..still nothing ..pls. help .<br />

hp vectra vli8 doesn't boot up.
