We have a user who has a Dell Latitude with a DVD drive. He can play DVD films fine and .WAV files play fine too but when he puts an audio CD into the drive the computer wont recognise it. If you double-click on the DVD drive it says please insert disc and wont even list the contents of the CD. Can anyone help?<br />
