Dbgrid32.ocx error 429

I am getting this msg while inserting this control on a form.

This worked regularly until 2 weeks ago. What can be happened?.

I Installed VB 6.0 also on a notebook which is giving me the same error

The ocx may not be properlly registered or may be correpted.Try to reinstall the ocx and check again

I remember I already had this problem But not the solution!
