CITRIX: Mouse won't work when shadowing user

For whatever strange reason, when I shadow a user on a Citrix XPa machine (Windows 2000 as the base O/S), the mouse does not work on the shadowed machine.  By that I mean that my mouse still moves around but it does NOT take control of the shadowed person's mouse.

I am sure that this is an easy one, but I offer 50 points anyway!

Hey Nick,

Here is where I think you need to go...

Open up Citrix Connection Configuration on the quick launch bar, Double Click on ICA-TCP, then click on Advanced. Down at the bottom the Shadowing setting are probably set to Input off notify off, change that to input on notify off.  This will allow you to shadow the user and take control without them knowing when you join on. Let me know how this works out.
