missing calendar items

A user has shared her calendar to others. However all items are not visible. THe missing items are NOT marked private, and are only visible from the original user's calendar view... PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Are you sure, that the user who shared the folder are look on the default calendar folder of the mailbox? What happens if a user creates a new appointment in the shared calendar? May be it helps you out if you start Outlook with the ResetRolder start option.
