How to Share Offline Web Documents

I want to make offline copies of some of my company's intraweb to a support PC. How can I get around the ownership/security issues? For example, if I make the offline copies on my ID, another support person is unable to see them?

setup a profile that everyone uses on that machine and make the offline copies in that one.
