Offline Address Book

When attempting to download the "Offline Address Book" from an Outlook 98 client on a Win98-SE PC from Exchange 5.5-SP4, no errors are encountered.  However, newly created mailboxes/DL's still don't show up.

I've verified that the GAL correctly reflects the new mailboxes/DL's.

This is repeatable on ALL remote PC's.  No changes have been made to the Exchange server since they were able to download previous address-book changes and all Exchange services have been re-spooled in an effort to resolve this puzzle.

Any/all help is greatly appreciated !

By default, the offline address book is only generated once a day.  If you want to regeneate the OAB on demand, in Exchange Admin, open the DS Site Configuration object (Configuration container), go to the Offline Address Book tab, and click Generate All.  This will rebuild the OAB using the current information, which will include the new mailboxes and distribution lists.
