Anyone manage to figure out if it's possible to install IE6 on a Win95 box?

Was wondering if there is some way to "fake" the ie6setup.exe to installing it...

Thanks in advance

It's been a while since I looked into this but I seem to recall that there were system components upon which IE6 depends that are not present in Win95. IE5.5 is the highest supported version on Win95; there's no compelling reason to go higher.

Thanks for the quick comment....

I kinda figured there would be some component or file problem that is present in Win98 which is not located in Win95.

I would like to have the people within my workplace that have win95 and internet access (ie55sp2) to have the current IE6 similar to those who have Win98 and now have IE6, So that all my PC's are at the same version of IE6

IE6 has some good additions, scaling of pictures for one.  Would like to have all the users in the company who have internet access to have IE6 instead of two versions, IE6sp1 and IE5sp2, make the management of the systems a little bit easier, especially for security fixes etc.

Thanks again.
