How to remove "pad pad" from the subject line of voice message
In outlook we can see voice mails left on our Seimens phone mail system. This gives us the ability to hear our voice mails through the computer. Recently, we have been noticing on one computer that in the subject line of the voice mail messages is this text "pad pad" in front of the regular subject text. We have reinstalled the program which allows us to hear the messages (Xpressions Viewer) and that did't work. I have even performed all the OS and Office updates and still nothing. Any ideas as to what this maybe???
Depending on how savvy you are, I would search the Registry for "pad" and see what pops. It's probably an entry in there somewhere. If you're not savvy and you try to do this be VERY careful.
I would try to uninstall the voicemail program AND outlook, being that the program integrates with outlook, the problem will probably be fixed by removing them both.
