Powerpoint and an external display
I would like to project a powerpoint presentation on a mac that has a dual-display capability. I can get the presentation to display on another screen, however I don't know how to cycle through the notes or outline view on my mac. In other words, is there a way to rotate through a presentation and notes with the focus on only one monitor?
Not sure what you mean. If youre displaying a PPT presentation on a monitor, the same keys and all will apply for cycling through the slides.

Right...they same keys apply. Let me try again. When I cycle through the slides with the keyboard or mouse, the notes on the 'main' monitor don't rotate to keep up with them. After a few slides, what's seen on the external montor (where the mouse is) is ahead of the notes on my screen, and the only way I know to 'sync' them is to move the mouse back to the main monitor, catch the notes/outline up, and then move the mouse back over to the external screen to rotate the slides. Is there away around this?
