I have been given the task of putting together a quote for hosting client company databases.  I need a configuration that wont bankrupt them while providing HIGH security, performance, availability, scalability, and so on...
Each company will have leased line T-1's, router, webserver, firewall, PDC, app server, database server (cluster even), all in our house. I need recommended spending prices and hardware specs for all these areas.  They wanna connect through VPN of course.
