We have an exchange server 5.5 and Outlook 2000. &nbsp;Setup a rule to reply to all emails using a templete on the server. &nbsp;The rule works for inhouse accounts but not external email accounts or it will reply once to an external account but never again.<br />

Rules do not work with External Email accounts
