Need easily-distributed control for displaying HTML

Hi,

PROBLEM DEFINITION
I would like to display simple HTML (with formatting, tables, etc.) in VB but I do not want to require that IE be installed.

1.  Is there a control that can do this?
2.  Or, is there a way to use the VB HTML control WITHOUT distributing IE?  If so, can you point me to documentation on that?

BACKGROUND
I'm working on an educational program that will display a prompt (word, question, text, picture, or a table ).  The user then answers questions about the prompt. (.e.,g prompt might be a TV schedule and questions might be "what time is baywatch on?")

WHY
I'd like to have the prompt be in HTML so that it's flexible, but I don't want to distribute Internet explorer.  My understanding is that the VB HTML control (scriplet control in vb 6) requires IE. If I'm wrong, then one answer to this question would be to point me to documentation on the HTML control showing how to distribute it.

I am also considering using the RTF text control, but RTF is so difficult to deal with, so I'd prefer HTML

Hi,

I know that this freeware control:

will let you do what you need.
Hope this helps.

That's a neat little control,however:
1.  it doesn't support tables (one of my requirements) and
2.  It's not for comercial use.

But, that is the sort of thing I'm looking for.

Found one solution to my own question.

HTML label control
It's free vb control. Includes source code so you can alter it.  Preliminary tests show that it works quite well.
