How do you change the java exe windows icon?

I can change the windows icon inside an application using a frame.setIcon(""), But my question is how do you change the .exe windows icon.

I created an application for a school project. Used a trial version of exe for java. so now i have an executable file that runs my java application. the name is cccc.exe The cccc.exe file has the default java coffee cup icon.
all my classes are in a .jar file. so im wondering how to change from the default coffee cup to something different.

you'll have to use a windows resource hacker to edit the MAINICON Resource part of the EXE
