Formatting Input Form Field....

Is there a way to format the value in an input field to be something like:

mm/dd/yyyy or (###) ###-####

Hi,

You can create three Drop Down Boxes:

1- For Days
2- For Month
3- For Year

Double click each drop down box and give it the same name which is the name of the data field in the database.  If the name of the date field in the database is MyDate, double click each drop down box and name it as MyDate.  When the user selects the Dates that you Input as values then submit the date will be saved into the database.

Of course you have to give values for the drop downs.

The day drop down should have 1 to 30
The month drop down should have 1 to 12
The year drop down should have as many as you like.
