IE context menu open new background window

Hello fellow? experts,

I have been looking for a way to open a new background window from any link displayed by Internet Explorer.  I know Opera and K-meleon browsers do this.. so therefore it can be done, but how?  Ultimately I would just like to add a 'open in background' to the right click context menu in IE.

CMenuExtender v1.2.1.0 <- this is a program I downloaded that allows me to add to the right click menu (in IE).  The program allows for entering command lines for a right click action.

What I want:  Right click and open those websites automatically in the background.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please close this question.  I have found the anwser, I used IEBooster and removed the unwanted items and left a function that allows me to open a new minimized window.  So those web sites load minimized and in the background.  I have asked another question on specific order of the context menu here:

Please refund points

I have found the solution myself.

The follow up is about how to order the context menu.

Kindly give me my points back, or give a reason why you won't as I have found the solution myself!

question PAQ'ed and points refunded.
