configure ssi in cgi & server error shoule display full error of cgi instead of showing to check log file

I want to configure follwing in apache 1.3x & 2.x

1) the ssi in perl program  
qq("hello<!--#include virtual=\"/manual/location.html\" -->");
does not exceutes how to configure ssi so its execute in cgi & .pl programs

2)server error should display full error in browserof cgi error e.g "[Thu Feb 20 08:12:29 2003] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] premature EOF in parsed file c:/program files/apache group/apache/htdocs/a.pl"  instead of showing to check log file

please let me know how to configure that!!!

1. The SSI parser doesn't execute on the output from a CGI script (that would be highly inefficient - first the CGI/Perl interpretter and then the SSI parser!) - instead, you should simply write a little routine to read and print the file from within the script.  

2. Add the line:

use CGI::Carp "fatalsToBrowser";

near the beginning of your program after the perl declaration.

But i have seen some free host which run apache & have the feature of ssi in perl program, how they have done it!! e.g hypermart.com

I will try the CGI stuff...
