Reading SMS  messages (inbox)  in pocketpc 2002 (Qestion points allocated in GSM area)

Hi,

On some Pocket PCs you can't receive SMS messages unless the inbox application is terminated, as it grabs the SMS handle on machine start. On an O2 XDA, this is "tmail.exe" - you can kill it with TerminateProcess. You'll also have to clear the SMS notification or tmail will launch when an SMS comes in.
