If you have a voice modem, then it will probably have a pair of audio jacks on the back of it. If it doesn't then it may have a couple of sets of pins on the card in your PC. All you need to do is connect up the audio input from your soundcard to the audio output of the modem, and the line-level audio output from your soundcard to the input of your modem. Suitable cables would be 3.5mm mono jack-to-jack, and you'd need two- length depends on whether your modem is internal or external. If you make use of the sets of pins inside your PC rather than making the connection externally then CD-Audio cables should do the job, depending on the pin layout. You may also need to check settings in your windows mixer to make sure the correct inputs and outputs are visible and unmuted. Hope this helps.
