Best Video (Mpeg) Decoder Filter, Compatible With DirectShow 9.0

I want to know which is the best Video Decoder Filter for Mpeg-I/II which are compatible with DirectShow and can be successfully used in the applications.

Intervideo, Ligos, Mainconcept, Elcard.

But be carefull. Mpeg decoders have to do heavy calculations while repositioning the streams. This is can lead in synchronization problems with the rendering target.
If you want to playback more than one Mpeg file to a single video renderer, you should better use a custom allocator presenter.
