WHS script to assign printer

A friend of mine is asking me questions(because I'm a VB programmer) about using WSH to assign the printers to users when the logon script runs.  He is getting an error in creating the WSH objects indicating that adminstrator privileges are not present.  Does WSH require the user to be a local admin - or perhaps access to certain methods require this?

Need to make sure that you have the correct privileges on both the local machine (to create the printer - admin? not sure.) and on the network (to access the printer - this should only need to be domain user if you're on a domain)

Also I think I remember reading about the correct NTFS permissions needing to be set up for the wscript.network component dll? this may be completely wrong.

See if this helps- get him or her to work their way through this document step by step.
