Error booting up win98 "Error I/O subsystem driver failed to load .\IOsubsys subdirectory is corrupt or system low in memory.

My drive crashed on me and I got a new one, reloaded win 98 and all software and worked fine last night.

I bootup today and this is the messege I get. It stated first that the drivers for Viagart.vxd was missing.

I also got another messege: An internal stack overflow has caused this session to be halted, stack setting in config.sys file.

Need help, Thanks Eric M.

When you attempt to start Windows, you may receive the following error message:

While initializing device IOS, an I/O subsystem driver failed to load.

Either a file in the IOSubsys subdirectory is corrupt or the system is low on memory.
CAUSE
This issue can occur when the IOSubsys folder is damaged.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, rename the IOSubsys folder, and then reinstall Windows 98. To do this, follow these steps:
Insert a Windows 98 Startup disk, and then restart the computer to a command prompt.
At the command prompt, type c:, and then press ENTER.
Type cd\Windows\system, and then press ENTER.
Type ren iosubsys iosubold, and then press ENTER.
Reinstall Microsoft Windows 98.
