BorderManager Connects; Netware Login Fails; Linksys BEFSX41

Cannot connect to employer's LAN with BorderManager/NetWare from home, behind a Linksys Router. When I have Login to NetWare deselected in BroderManager, I can connect to VPN server. When I try to login to NetWare, the tree/server cannot be found.

VPN/NetWare connects fine when I disconnect router and connect laptop straight to Cable Modem...

Empolyer's IT department is useless; LinkSys cannot help either. I have been researching/testing for weeks; I think I am now insane. Please help!

Home Router Config:

Linksys BEFSX41 VPN Router
Setup laptop's MAC Address in DMZ
Plugged into DMZ/Port 4 of Router
Trigger Port Range: 47~47 / 1723~1723
Incoming Port Range: 50~50 / 500~500

Laptop Config:

Win2K
Novell BorderManager v3.7
Novell NetWare Client (v?) - Fairly current...

Have you tried disabling the DMZ and forwarding all the ports to your private IP. This will at least tell you if the problem is a port that you have not counted on. Also, it may seem silly but just in case... make sure that you dont have anything configured in the VPN portion of the router, and it is disabled.
