c++ builder, how to connect to database oracle?

recently I want to write the program to operate the database oracle,  which way is excellent to connect to the database, my program language is c++ builder 6.0. bde or ado or others ? I don't hope to install  any other package on the client except oracle client when distribute the application

i use ADO from C++ to connect oto oracle database. the greate advantage is that you dont have to install anything. you do have to create an odbc DNS.
another advantage is that ADO is simple to use.
