You probably shouldn't be messing with pin-outs if you didn't know that s-video carries no sound signal...

..I have seen yesterday an S-video with 2 rca output
so if what Bluegreenturtle said is totaly correct what
is the second rca output for?

fadih - pinouts are in the links that dbrunton and urxlnc gave you.  

Svideo only has 4 pins - luminance, luminance ground, chromanance, chromanance ground.  It's physically impossible for it to carry anything else.  If you saw something that has sound, too, it's not svideo.  Tons of connectors use the round connector common to svideo.  

just connect the luminance and the chromanance to the 2 wires of an rca and you'll have a composite connector.  ignore the grounds.
