I have an epson stylus color 740 printer and since I'm in mac OS X,
I don't know how to print at maximum paper size.
In Classic it's pretty simple to change in page set up,
but in OS X I don't know how to change it.

Go to Page Setup. Create a custom paper size with margins of 0.

There will always be a "grabber space" at the edges. The printer HAS to have something to grab onto. It cant print there.
