Well, when i do a program in Pascal or C it always pops up a command prompt windows and then dissapers.

I want that that windows doesn´t appear, that the program runs in the background. I know that this is possible, just don´t know how.

All the awsers are welcome and apreciated.
Thaks a lot.

P.S: I prefer that the awser could be in Pascal, but if it´s not possible then in C.

if you won't show any output to user, then create windows exe (don't include APPTYPE CONSOLE compiler directive), but without main window.
example from delphi:

program Project2;

uses
  Windows, Dialogs;

begin
  ShowMessage('I''m here!');
  sleep(3000);
end.

wbr, mo.
p.s. you can set shortcut's property to Run: Minimized, but I'm sure you don't want this solution :)
