Netscape work's in one OS X identity but not another

I am using Jaguar (10.2.4) and Netscape 7.0.1.  I recently had a major crash in OS X and had to erased the partition and reintall OS X.  (The start up hung on the blue screen.)  After successfully reinstalling OS X and restoring all of my applications and documents, everything is working fine with one exception.  I have this machine set up for 2 users.  Both have administration privileges. In one user, Netscape works fine and in the other, it doesn't. When I try to launch it, the icon in the dock bounces for 2 seconds and that's about it.  So why does it work for one user and not the other?

Tried it.  Didn't work.  That is, I deleted the data folder in Users>[User name]>Library>Mozilla>Profiles and it still will not launch.  I also tried removing the entire Mozilla folder from that user's folder.
Do you have a Mozilla folder in /Library/?
yes, Mozilla is present.  I solved this problem by simply creating a new user in OS X and removing the old one.  Maybe that is what you meant?  In any case, removing just the data folder for Netscape for that user did not work.  Creating a new user in OS X did the trick.
