yes, Mozilla is present. &nbsp;I solved this problem by simply creating a new user in OS X and removing the old one. &nbsp;Maybe that is what you meant? &nbsp;In any case, removing just the data folder for Netscape for that user did not work. &nbsp;Creating a new user in OS X did the trick.

I am using Jaguar (10.2.4) and Netscape 7.0.1. &nbsp;I recently had a major crash in OS X and had to erased the partition and reintall OS X. &nbsp;(The start up hung on the blue screen.) &nbsp;After successfully reinstalling OS X and restoring all of my applications and documents, everything is working fine with one exception. &nbsp;I have this machine set up for 2 users. &nbsp;Both have administration privileges. In one user, Netscape works fine and in the other, it doesn't. When I try to launch it, the icon in the dock bounces for 2 seconds and that's about it. &nbsp;So why does it work for one user and not the other?
