"No Hard Drives Found..."

I'm installing redhat 7.2 on a Dell Bladeserver with a scsi harddisk... linux cannot see the harddisk for some reason.. i've run system diagnostics and everything seems to be fine...

Kernel Panic!! Help!! ;P

See my comments on your cd question -- that system is not on the RedHat compatibility list, and has either not been tested with RedHat, or will not run RedHat.

I recommend getting the manufacturer and model of all your hardware and checking each piece against the RH HCL.  You may also want to check with the mnaufacturer to see if they provide their own Linux drivers and instructions.
