Use a kernel with scsi support for your scsi adapter. If scsi support is not built in, the kernel will not detect any scsi drives.

See my comments on your cd question -- that system is not on the RedHat compatibility list, and has either not been tested with RedHat, or will not run RedHat.

The list is here:

http://hardware.redhat.com/hcl/

I recommend getting the manufacturer and model of all your hardware and checking each piece against the RH HCL.  You may also want to check with the mnaufacturer to see if they provide their own Linux drivers and instructions.

Good luck and happy hunting!
