JDBC -ODBC BridgeDriver

Hi Experts,
I am building a Java application using JDBC-ODBC driver with Oracle8i as backend.(I am not using the JDBC thin client because it does not provide TYPE_SCROLLSENSITIVE property.) I want my application to automatically create DSN for a Windows95/ 98 machine.Any idea how to do it ?

If you know that then why are you asking in the Java forum?
It's a Win95/98 question.
