Put emails into spreadsheet

I recieve emails from auditing software.  I would like some kind of a program that will take these emails from outlook 2000 and put them into an excel spreadsheet or equivelant.  Can anyone offer any advice or point me in the right direction?  Thanks

Anything out there more specifically related to exporting items from the inbox or exporting certain email messages rather than calendar and contacts?
