Here is the situation. I own a HP Pavilion N5350 notebook whose keyboard all of a sudden stopped working. Touchpad works fine. I tried using an external keyboard, but that won't function either. I use Windows ME.

Any suggestions at this point would be greatly appreciated.

It may be that your keyboard driver is corrupted. First do a system restore to a date before this occurred. Does this fix the problem?

If not, reinstall the keyboard driver. Right click on My Computer and select Properties > Device Manager. Scroll down to keyboard, expand it, and highlight the driver. Delete it. Reboot and let Windows restore the driver.
