Tracking file transfer progress in Windows

 I was just wondering if there are any API's to transfer files from one network share to another that tracks progress, and how to use it.  Thanks a bunch!

please can i refer you to this recent thread...


... and add that to refer to a file on a network share you just use the UNC pathname, so for the file "a.txt" in the "SharedStuff" shared folder on the computer called "OtherComputer", you would put "\\OtherComputer\SharedStuff\a.txt" as the full file name.
