hi..
you can try to drop the listener service first from command line and then create again listener from the scratch using NET8 configuaration assistant

to drop the listener..
 use from command line..

c:\> oradim -delete -srvc OracleOraHome80TNSListener80

recreating could help you out i feel...
just repost if you are not able to create listener

nitinocp,

Hi, thank the comment, yes, i will try to drop the listener service and create again, and i try use the command you give.

I got this message:
C:\>oradim -delete -srvc OracleOraHome80TNSListener80
DIM-00008: A valid service name is OracleService appended with a SID.

oh yes u were bound to recieve this error..as wrong command we were using..
but certainly u can login to yahoo messanger and add me with the yahoo id   of  "catchitsnitin" and we 'll see what can be done...
send me message through i'll be in invisible mode..

try to stop the service from services in control panel and just recreate a new listener and from command line give
C:\>lsnrctl   press enter
lsnrct> start listener <listener name>

here listener name would be what you just created using net8 configuration assistant..
