How to copy calendar, tasks folder and contacts folder from one machine to another?

Is it possible to send my calendar, tasks, and contacts info from one machine to another with Outlook 2002?

I dont want to send my /pst file with all the emails - just the calendar, tasks and contacts.

1. Open Outlook
2. File->Import Export->Export to a File
3. Select Personal Folder File (.pst)
4. Select Folder (ie. Calendar) Then Click Next
5. Type path and filename desired in spot provided.
6. Finish.

On the new system just use the "import from a file" option in #2.

You will have to do the Calendar, Tasks, & contacts seperately but this will work.
