SERVER: I want control over the order that my application services startup!
In NT I would append my startup script to lsass.exe in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Softwar e\Microsof t\WindowsN T\Current_ Version\Wi nLogon\Sys tem:REG_SZ :lsass.exe ,d:\sid\st artupscrip ts\start.c md
Is there an equivalent or someplace better to stick a startup script in WIN2000?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Softwar

Asked our people the same question a different way...
The gave me HKey_Local_Machine\Softwar e\Microsof t\Windows\ CurrentVer sion\Run
Added a value called OracleStartup
With the full path to my startup script...
E:\oracle\sid\startup\star tup.cmd
Testing is going well.
