Outlook has a long delay yet other apps and other computer users do not.

After Outlook 2000 is running if I want to read an email, or send an email, or switch to inbox, or delete an email, or print an email - randomly it takes up to a minute. Then sometimes its as quick as switching between other programs. Its acting like an NT browsing wins.

NOTES: Using a w2k domain controller server, Exchange 2000, xp clients, Celeron 500Mhz and above.

That say it applies to Outlook 98 only. Are you aware of something for Outlook 2000?
OL2k uses the same switches.  Give them a shot.
