Exchange signature

Is there any way to provide a system-wide signature within Exchange 2000 for all users' e-mails?  I know this can be done with a signature from within Outlook but was wondering if there was a way to do it to everyone's messages from Exchange.

There are add-ins that will allow you to configure a bit of text to be added to all outgoing emails. Is that what you want? Something like a disclaimer about confidential emails? Or do you want a customized signature for each person.

A disclaimer about confidential e-mails is exactly what I want to do.  I'd like to be able to add the disclaimer to all outgoing e-mails.
