How to change the resolution of a JPEG or TIFF file by programming?

Hi, does anyone know how to change the resolution of a JPEG or TIFF file by programming? For example, my JPEG's resolution is 72DPI. I want to change it to 144DPI.

Hello!

You mean resolution by the picture dimension? like you want to stretch the image.

Delphi's TJpegImage deosn't support any DPI settings, neither reading or setting. But really, making a higher DPI won't really increase the image quality since you can't make something out of nothing.

Any how, this site below has bunch of examples on working with images, resizing, printing, etc. Im sure you can find what you need there.
