use can use:

pmap -l pid

man pmap to learn more.

Or use:

/usr/bin/ps -e -o pid,vsz,rss,comm

where:
vsz -- memory consumption (RAM + swap space)
rss -- memory consumption (RAM only)

man ps to learn more details
