What is the syntax to start terminal services from a command run line?

I mean start the program to login to another system.

You will still have to install the tsclient software. Once that is done, you can then call you client package directly....

Configure first the TSCLIEBT to access your terminal server. Once that is complete and you create your connection (call it test) then from the command prompt:

"C:\Program Files\Terminal Services Client\MSTSC.EXE" Test

Your terminal services window should then pop up.
