I have set up a custom task in Outlook 2000.  Inside the task I have created several pages, and on each page I have set up many date/time fields to be input.  All tasks that I assign I have checked the "keep an updated copy of this task" on my computer before I assign the task.  When I assign the task to my employees and they input dates into these fields and then save the task, the dates do not show on my computer when I am notified of an update, however they ARE saved on the employee's computer that I assigned the task to.  What exactly am I supposed to change so that the dates show on my computer?  Please tell me the exact code, etc..., I'm not a techie, just know a little about computers!  :-)

As far as I know it is not possible to, let me say synchronize, custom fields in tasks oder other items. I sure there's a workaround by programming your own update functions.
