disable F8 at boot

How can I disable F8 key at the startup of windows 2000 and windows xp ?

and if I run a program in the startup how can I disable (Alt+Tab) keys ; or how can I make it the only program running in the system ?????

Microsoft PowerToys -- Tweak UI, which can do it as you want.

Remove the registry key HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot.
So next time someone hits F8... the blue screen of death will appear...
However, normal bootup sequence will not be affected :)
