Experts,

I grouped an email into one mailing list:

    group name : department
    email : x@abc.com

  here is the problem:

when i send an email to y@def.com and cc:x@abc.com, at y@def.com's end, x@abc.com will look like department%abc@abc.com.  therefore, when y@def.com replies, the email will never get to x@abc.com.

  any ideas?

thanks,
andy

In the example above, is abc.com your domain? If so, does the group document for your group "department" have a valid Internet Address specified? I believe the Internet Address field for Group documents was added around R5.0.8 or something like that, so if you don't see the field, then you may need to refresh your NAB from a newer version of the template.

Exactly what changes did you make after looking at the suggested link? And did you restart your Domino server after making the changes?

Scott
