Creating a Menu with folder contents

I'm trying to make a menu in VB based off of the IE Favorite's folder.  I need code to go through the folder and add items & submenus as necessary.
Thanks in advance!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

some more for the same 35 points?

What are you talking about?
Experts need to be properly awarded for the help they do to you. 35 points is to low a award for a help that you need becuase neither it is of a common nature nor it is a one second job for anybody to help you. Thats what Richie is pointing at.

I meant, if you need some more help besides your current Q for 35 points?
As an example, do a program for some NASA's computer?

I'm running low on points, need answers and can't afford to buy any points.

PAQ'd and all 35 points refunded.  Thanks Richie_Simonetti for providing value to the question, however the request for refund was made 2 hours prior to your response, I'm just getting to it now.
