how can i write other language like arabic, urdu in visual basic 6.0
1 Solution
As long as you have windows with the supported langauge, you'll be able to write Arabic (or any other language) in the VB IDE. All you have to do is set the font script of VB to the right one.

A better solution will be to use a resource file and enter the text you need there. You can find plenty of information about resource files in VB help. It's very easy to use, as well.

if you are using Microsoft windows then you can easily enable the arabic support. Please follow the following steps.

1. goto setting --> control Panel --> Regional and Language Options.
2. Select the Languages Tab and then Detail and then add the Arabic Language.
3. try to select the language which is nearest to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (KS)
4. Now goto the VB interface and then draw a simple text box. change its font to Arabic Transparent. press left (alt + Shift) it will shift the Windows font from English to Arabic.

if problems then feel free to ask.(I m using Windows XP)
