I want to execute following SQL statement...

insert into test_table values (1, CONVERT(datetime, null));

test_table is simple. it has numeric, datetime column.
But actually I using following SQL statement...

insert into test_table values (?, CONVERT(datetime, ?));

So... I must use SQLBindParamenter() function

But I don't know how to bind NULL value using this function...
Is there anybody who can show me the example code ?
