user editing of FlexiGrid fields

Its an easy question and I'm sure someone out there can answer it easily,
I'm just trying to make the fields in a flexigrid usable like a textbox where i allow the user to type in text and grab it for other purposes. I'm not really looking for alternatives like control arrays of textboxes.

You have to use a textbox.
