prob while configuring -Queue Directory must be set

Hello  Experts,
                 I'm trying to configure sendmail on rhl7.1,I'm getting
following error when ........

$m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/mail/sendmail.cf (enter)
$service sendmail start (enter)

Queue Directory option must be set

Is there any problem with DNS settings (I'm trying to configure intranet mail server , I configured DNS accordingly)

for complete understanding of the problem I'm listing all the concerned files .

QueueDirectory=/var/spool/mqueue in sendmail.cf

about the DNS you need MX record.

in zone.sirisha.net add:

                 MX mail
